I, Rachael, first discovered the world of personal development back in 2017 and began a journey that has continued to shift and transform as I too shift and transform. Initially I focused solely on the mind, the brain and the psychological roots of personal growth. Until quite recently, I didn’t understand just how important other factors like physical health, community, emotional and nervous system regulation and interpersonal relationships were to our overall wellbeing.

When I first began implementing the concepts I was reading about and started integrating these insights into my day to day, I observed changes in the way that I showed up for myself. This is something I’ve been profoundly impacted by and so I want to pass it along to those looking to start or continue their journey.
